What are the levels of membership and what is included?There are two (2) membership options that gains you access to all kinds of benefits. How long is my membership good for?Both HTA Memberships and The Trail Journal subscriptions are good for a year, charged until you cancel your membership.

How do I submit a photo/article for the Trail Journal?We love hearing from you! We accept stores, advice, notices, poetry, recipes, and more on our Share Your Story page. Looking to share a photo for the cover of The Trail Journal or other feature photo? Enter our cover photo contest!

Is the Trail Journal magazine available in print form?Not yet! It is online only.

Can I buy a Horse Trails of America membership for a friend?We love that you want to share HTA with a friend! We're working on this, but gift memberships are not ready quite yet.

How do I update my personal information?Start by logging into your account (you can always access this using the profile icon on the upper right) Once logged in you can select Profile You'll be able to see your photo, name, followers, and more. You can edit your photo, bio, and profile information from here. Photo To update your photo click on your current photo (or default profile icon) Select the photo you want to use Hit 'Open' to save the photo Profile Hit Edit Profile to update your information. The lock icon indicates that information is private and will not be shown to other site members. Scroll to the bottom and select 'Community Page URL' to change your public URL if needed. Update Info will save this information. Bio Under 'About' click in the box that says 'Share something about yourself' A pop up will open, you can share about you, your horse, your trail riding experience, and more! Use the icons at the bottom of the box to add photos and videos. This information is public, so we ask that it be appropriate for all members to read. Hit 'Publish' to share. You can always see what others see on your profile by hitting 'View Public Profile' under your profile photo.

Will I get an email letting me know when my membership is going to renew?Yes, 30 days prior to your membership expiring you’ll receive a reminder. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.

How do I cancel my subscription?We’re sorry to see you go! Please contact us if there's anything we can help with. To cancel: Visit My Subscriptions under your profile Hit 'Cancel Subscription' Confirm that you would like to cancel your subscription You will retain all of the access from your subscription until it expires at the end of your billing period.

How do I change the credit card my membership is set up under?Visit My Subscriptions under your profile Click the relevant plan. Click Update Payment Method. Click Credit/Debit Cards. Enter the relevant details for the new payment method. Note: The current payment method appears at the top to avoid confusion. Click Submit. Notes: Only available for active, online recurring subscriptions. Currently only available desktop. Only available with a valid credit card. Please contact us with any issues
